his book is the result of a collaborative effort of members of the American Bar Association (ABA) Commission on Law and Aging and the American Psychological Association (APA). Assessment of Older Adults with Diminished Capacity: A Handbook for Psychologists is the third work product of the ABA/APA Assessment of Capacity in Older Adults Project.
